Why this site exists
What is here, where to find things and where to start. One page instead of a round of questions.

My name is Jasur Akhmadaliev. I build products solo: I do the code, design and copy myself. I live in Moscow.
This site was built the same way. On October 2 it moved to a new design, and the previous version of this article started lying the same day: it walked you through pages that no longer exist. I rewrote it.
You came to find out who this is
Those are the first words on the home page. That is the thought a person has when landing on a stranger's personal site. I just wrote it down for you.

The answer sits right under the headline: I build it myself, write it myself, film it myself. Below that, five numbers. Four are about attention and about what got built. The fifth is zero.
Zero people hired. Everything here was made by one person.
From there the site splits into four branches.
Works
Six things, built solo: abcx, Expat Roadmap SEA, AI Career System, Mia, JasurGPT and the automation demos. Everything opens from a link.

The fastest way to understand what I mean by automation is the demos. There are six, they all run in the browser, nothing to install. Four are for businesses: pre-orders from the stands, selling off evening leftovers with AI, fraud control at the till, replies to reviews. And two are my own products: Mia, a clinic assistant, and AI Career System.
Each demo now has its own color, like a real product rather than a mockup cut from one template.

At the bottom of Works there is a PDF, "Services and prices", and it opens in the browser. There is no separate services page anymore. The services are made of the same things listed above, and they belong next to them.
Log
This is where the writing and the podcast live. Log opens as a publication of its own: its own masthead, its own topics, and a button at the top to get back to the site.

There are six topics: Product, Marketing, AI, Process, Career, Tools. I write about what I build myself: what worked, what fell apart, what it cost.
Inside an article there is a rail on the right: chapters, images and every link from the text. You can jump to the part you need or take the links without rereading.
The podcast Jasur / Talks lives here too. Conversations with guests and short voice notes, played right on the page. The first episode is being recorded.
Workshop
This is a private channel. Six projects taken apart from the inside: what I did, where I got it wrong, what it cost. If you are launching your first, you will dodge half of my screwups.

Intake is paused for now. I will reopen when I can run it properly. You can leave a contact on the page, and I will write first.
About
Experience, education, languages. The experience is a list: what I did and what came of it, with numbers.

There is no separate resume page anymore. Anyone who follows an old link lands here.
Two things on every page
The first is the "Ask JasurGPT" button in the corner. You press it, the screen goes dark, and my face fades up out of the darkness like the opening titles of a film. Then the chat opens.

The chat answers questions about my experience and projects, and in Russian it addresses you formally. Asking is faster than opening three pages.
The second is the RU / EN switch. Every article comes out in both languages at once, and the switch takes you from one version to the other. This one too.
What comes next
The first podcast episode. Then conversations with guests, and voice notes when a topic does not carry a whole episode.
Breakdowns. I take one thing and dig to the bottom: how it works, what it costs, what of it holds up and what only promises to. I will not be retelling the news, half the country is busy with that already.
Everything new shows up here and in the channel.
If you want to write
Message: @biznesmind. Read: @head_of_ceo.
An introduction, a joint project, a topic for the podcast. I answer.
If the site moves again, this is the first page I will rewrite.
